It is not by chance that Capelcon (Capel Constructions Pty Ltd) won the Housing Industry Award for the Best Custom Built Home ($500k to $1m) in 2005. The fact that the home, which was barely into the category, was competing against houses costing almost twice as much, is a credit, not only to Capelcon, but also the architect and owners.
It’s these relationships, between builder, architect and owner, which can make or break the home building experience. At Capelcon, we pride ourselves on our ability to guide you through the process of building, and finish the project with not only a quality home, but also a lasting relationship, which you can call on at any time in the future.
Open communication plays a great role in maintaining these relationships. We have recognised this, and integrated a clients only area, within this website. This is a secure area where clients can view the progress of there home, updated twice weekly, as well keeping track of the financial position of their project and communicating with Capelcon in a totally secure environment.
