Many thousands of dollars are wasted on designs that either do not proceed to the building stage, or need to be comprehensively re-designed in order to meet the client’s budget.
At Capelcon, we work with the architect or designer, and the client in order to ensure this situation does not eventuate. Some people have an unrealistic expectation of what can be achieved within their budget. If we believe this is the situation, we will happily re-direct these people to a project builder who would be more likely to be able to deliver the product these people desire.
