It is for this reason we recommend engaging an Architect to design your home. We have found it is the architects who obtain the necessary knowledge and skills, through training and support, to consistently produce designs of the quality demanded by today’s astute homeowner.
Unfortunately many people are cautious of using an architect to design their home as they have heard the stories of costs exceeding the budget once the project was quoted by builders. This is a very common occurrence. At Capelcon, we have experienced this situation on many occasions and have developed this service to provide the client with greater confidence that their budget will be respected.
After an initial consultation, Capelcon will recommend one of our consultant architects to develop a concept design. We will then provide you with a firm cost to build you home based on this design. As Capelcon has control over all aspects of this process, you can be confident that your budget will be considered at all times. |
